KessTech Raffle

1. With his subscription, the participant confirms that he agrees with the conditions of participation, as well as the data privacy and the general terms and conditions. 
2. The raffle is in no relationship with Facebook or Mailchimp and is not in any way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook or Mailchimp.
3. Eligible are only people of age from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain and Portugal. Employees of KESSTECH GmbH and their dependants are excluded from the participation.
4. Participation is free of charge and is not subject to a buying obligation.
5. Participation requires the answer of a question as well as the completion of the lead form and a subsequent acceptance of the newsletter of KESSTECH GmbH as well as of subsidiary and affiliate companies.  
6. The lead form is only valid, if it has been filled out completely and, in particular, if name and surname and if email address are provided. Multiple participations are invalid.
7. The competition starts at 25.07.2017 and shall end at 13.08.2017 at 23:59.
8. A KessTech end muffler with a value of up to 2335 € net will be raffled among all participants who answer a question correctly and subscribe to the newsletter of KESSTECH GmbH as well as of subsidiary and affiliate companies.  
9. The winner will be selected by random principle within seven days of the closing date.
10. The winner will be notified by email. The winner has to respond within five working days by email to the sender (full name, address and telephone number). If the winner does not respond within five working days, the prize will be raffled by random principle between all participants again.
11. All email addresses of the participants will be collected through a double Opt-In and they will be saved for awarding the winner as well as for further promotional use of the KESSTECH GmbH and of subsidiary and affiliate companies. No data will be passed on to third parties. The participants have the right of access, the right of revision and the right of cancellation. 
12. Any comments, that violate the Facebook guidelines, that infringe German law or that infringe copyrights will be deleted without announcement, after taking note. And the participant will be excluded from the raffle. 
13. The system is mounted by a regional dealer. Costs for installation are not included in the winning prize.
